EMT-B, Abbreviation for emergency medical technician-basic, A certified healthcare provider who is trained to treat and transport victims of emergencies.

EMT-B, Abbreviation for emergency medical technician-basic, A certified healthcare provider who is trained to treat and transport victims of emergencies. Emergency medical technicians (EMT) provide basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) to victims. Skills include immobilization and splinting, bandaging, administering oxygen, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, extrication, administering medications and airway management. Emergency medical technicians may work in the emergency department, fire department, public gatherings and factories, but most importantly the certification is aimed at providing care in an ambulance.

Lifeline EMS Academy Inc, together with Lifeline 16911 Medical Inc. issue this Personal Completion Record (PCR) to help and guide the graduates and provide record of their real-world performance in the field. This PCR is designed exclusively with personal and professional growth in mind in order to help the graduates succeed in pursuing their noble profession with Lifeline as a “LIFELINER”, or as a properly trained and duly-registered EMT elsewhere in the Philippines or internationally where it is both recognized and respected. Graduates are expected to use this PCR as directed and record significant cases where they have provided interventions and/or treatment, and have the same attested to by the responsible officers.

The reservation fee is nonrefundable but transferable. To transfer the amount you reserved, kindly proceed to the LEMSAI office together with the person you will turn over your reservation fee. Both parties must be present and must have the O.R. with them or original deposit slip. Admin officer will verify the documents and process the transfer.

Remaining Balance: P20, 000.00 (twenty thousand pesos only) – must be settled within the First (1st) Four (4) weeks of training.

How to reserve slot for the training

The course slots are on a first come first served basis and are given to enrollees who have paid their registration fee of Php 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Pesos Only) personally or thru bank deposit.

Uniform

We advise all students to wear comfortable clothes, and bring extra shirts because of some of the lectures have practical applications and strenuous activities. However here in Makati Branch, we might require wearing uniforms. (*KINDLY WAIT FOR FINAL DETAILS REGARDING UNIFORMS)

OJT

You will be deployed in Lifeline 16911 Medical Inc. that has more than 40 ambulances here in Metro Manila (ADB/Megamall, Rockwell, South Luzon Expressway, Ayala Alabang and two major hospitals (St. Luke’s Quezon City and St. Lukes Global). You need to complete the 250 hours of duty (schedule will be set by LARI)
